I created RBS to be a group where Christian university students could feel at home, a place where they could have a Christian family support system that could help them with whatever issues and worries they had. It was created to be a place of fun, belonging and consistent rapid spiritual growth for each member.

I turn up to lead studies every single Sunday with my co worker Shail Summersgill as I believe that spiritual growth and helping others develop their relationship with God to be the most important thing that I can do wherever I go in this world.

I believe that is the key to true success, helping transform lives. The other reasons I do what I do is simply because I love all the members of the group, getting texts and questions from members after studies and through the week on certain topics or personal issues shows me that they are becoming more and more interested in Developing their lives and relationship with God and others.

Seeing them make big decisions spiritually from week to week to do better for themselves makes me happy beyond words. They are a great sociable bunch with plenty gifts, talents, dance moves, jokes and banter to last a life time.
